It aims to support the building and improvement of M&amp;E systems to meet the growing demands in health sector programme management.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Duration<\/h2>\n<p>The course will take approximately 5 days to complete.<\/p>\n<h2>Target Audience<\/h2>\n<p>This course is designed for individuals with a general understanding of monitoring and evaluation systems, including health professionals, clinicians, physicians, researchers, and other staff from both public and private institutions, who wish to gain expertise in data management and analysis for health sector programmes.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and apply concepts, principles, processes, and frameworks for monitoring and evaluation in health programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop M&amp;E systems for data management and analysis in health sector programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct evaluations and analyze health programme data.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate result-oriented indicators for monitoring and evaluating health programme outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize M&amp;E tools for both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>The training will be conducted using a combination of practical group work, instructor-led tutorials, guided sessions, and presentations. Participants will gain hands-on experience with M&amp;E tools and techniques.
