By registering for our training programs or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. About Us
Stepsure Training and Research Institute is a registered training and research organization headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, providing capacity-building programs, employee training, and development initiatives across Africa.
2. Eligibility
Our training services are available to individuals who:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Are authorized by their organization or employer, where applicable
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Training Registration and Payment
a) Registration Process
To attend a training program, you must complete the official registration form available on our website or sent by our representatives. All information provided must be accurate and complete.
b) Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the training start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or any method specified by Stepsure.

All fees are quoted in [KES/USD – specify preferred currency] and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
c) Invoices and Receipts
An official invoice will be issued upon registration, and receipts will be provided once payment is confirmed.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Substitutions
a) Participant Cancellations

More than 14 days before training: 80% refund or full credit for future training

Less than 14 days: No refund; substitution allowed

No-shows: No refund or credit
b) Substitutions
You may nominate another person to attend in your place at no extra charge, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the training starts.
c) Stepsure Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered a place in a future session.
5. Use of Training Materials
All training content, materials, presentations, and related documentation provided by Stepsure are the intellectual property of Stepsure or its licensors.
You agree:

Not to reproduce, distribute, or share any material without prior written permission

To use the materials solely for personal or internal organizational purposes

Not to record or distribute training sessions without consent
Breach of these terms may result in legal action.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training sessions. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the training without a refund.
We reserve the right to deny future services to individuals or organizations who violate this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stepsure shall not be held liable for:

Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of training

Actions taken based on training content

Loss of data or business interruption
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific training program.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take your data privacy seriously and comply with applicable Kenyan and international data protection regulations.
9. Certificates
Certificates of participation or completion will be issued only to delegates who attend the full training session and meet the required criteria. Any replacement of certificates may attract an administrative fee.
10. Third-Party Services
Some training programs may include access to third-party services or platforms. Stepsure is not responsible for the content, availability, or data practices of these third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
Stepsure may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
