Course Description
This intensive course is designed to empower development practitioners, project managers, and NGO leaders with the knowledge and practical skills to integrate gender equity principles into program design, implementation, and evaluation. Participants will explore gender analysis frameworks, policy advocacy tools, and inclusive approaches that promote gender-responsive programming. The course focuses on aligning development initiatives with global standards such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and national gender policies to enhance equity, inclusion, and social justice.

Whether working in education, health, agriculture, or governance, participants will learn to design and lead development projects that deliver transformative outcomes for women, men, girls, and boys alike.
